  Staff are rude , appear to do nothing or help you at registers only self serve standing there doing nothing watching you struggle with your items . when looking at items talking down to customers and there children.. very rude and unprofessional! Wont be returning to majura big w .

  I work here and this place is beautiful. It's just across the airport runway. Now you even have Aldi so you can do some extra grocery shopping too.

  My biggest gripe, like it is with all other BigW's, is the customer price checking machines around the store never work.

  Ignored by a staff member talking on the phone, he chose to do Nothing to see me served. It was obvious it was not a business call it was obvious! I will not return to this store. Do yourself a favour avoid the place

  Big W is Big W anywhere. The place is getting a bit of a makeover at the moment, and it seems to have contracted. Busy on weekends, but a great array of stock.

  Majura Park shopping centre has heaps of parking. For fast access to Big W, park towards the centre of the car park.
